Coca de Folgueroles® is a business focusing exclusively on artisan production of our famous Coca de Folgueroles®, the artisan rustic bread. The effort of producing by hand, as our parents taught us, leads to a natural, fresh product of quality.

Our products are 100% natural and handmade. We use
slow fermentation to obtain a distinctive
viscosity and touch. Coca de Folgueroles® is a different kind of bread,
in size, in process and especially in taste.
Our coca is slow food. It is the result of patient
craft. With our own hands, we shape the dough
into cocas and let it ferment over eight hours
until it is ready for baking.

and delivering them the next morning.
