Our products are 100% natural and handmade. We use
slow fermentation to obtain a distinctive
viscosity and touch. Crystal coca bread is a different kind of bread,

Our secret,
time

Our crystal coca bread is slow food. It is the result of patient
craft. With our own hands, we shape the dough
into cocas and let it ferment over eight hours
until it is ready for baking.

Over many years, every day at Forn Pascuet
we have prepared handmade cocas, as in the old days,
keeping the family tradition going,
using the finest local ingredients.
